Each original work of art is created and selected with great care. It is our sincere hope that your artwork will bring beauty and meaning to your home for years to come. If, however, your purchase is not the right fit, we are happy to offer the following return policy.
Original Paintings
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of documented delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use an insured, trackable shipping service, as the artwork remains the customer’s responsibility until it is safely received.
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Fine Art Prints
Non-custom fine art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Because each custom-sized or made-to-order print is produced specifically for the collector, these items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Shipments
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, its packaging, and the shipping carton. We will promptly arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, repair, or full refund, at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items

Commissioned or custom artwork
Personalized or custom-made prints
Digital products or downloads
Gift cards
