At Lux Benedicta Studio, each work of sacred art is carefully printed, inspected, and prepared to bring beauty and reverence into your home. We take great care in packaging each order to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Because our prints are carefully prepared and held as finished inventory, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Email us with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.

• Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be needed to assist with the resolution of your claim.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. We are unable to exchange artwork for different sizes, designs, or products after an order has been placed.
